By depositing into, withdrawing from, or otherwise interacting with this vault, you agree to be bound by the terms of use set out at docs.curation.galaxy.com/legal/terms-of-use (“Terms of Use”) and further acknowledge and agree:

• The vault curator, Galaxy Curation LLC (“Galaxy”) and its affiliates do not in any way guarantee the performance, security or availability of the vault or any related software or technology, including but not limited to, smart contracts, blockchain networks, centralized and decentralized protocols, or any integrations, dependencies, or third-party services.
• You assume all risks associated with any investment decisions you make in connection with any vault and represent that you have conducted, or will conduct, your own independent evaluation of the vault, including by regularly reviewing the relevant source code, onchain configuration, and underlying exposures no less frequently than every seven (7) days.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether the vault is appropriate for your use, financial circumstances, risk tolerance and technical capabilities.
• Galaxy is an information and technology service provider only, and does not provide investment management, asset management, investment advisory, fiduciary or custodial services in connection with any assets you deposit in the vault, and Galaxy does not manage or hold any such assets.

The Terms of Use contain a binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver. This affects your legal rights, including your right to sue in court or to have a jury trial, and your right to participate in a class or representative proceeding. Please review Section 13 (Dispute Resolution) of the Terms of Use carefully prior to depositing into, withdrawing from, or otherwise interacting with this vault.
