Flowdesk AUSD RWA Strategy generates yield by allocating AUSD liquidity into a set of Morpho markets backed by tokenized real-world asset collateral. The strategy deploys both newly created markets and established institutional-grade markets, all subject to continuous monitoring by Flowdesk's risk team.
No strategy eliminates risk entirely. Depositors should be aware that RWA collateral illiquidity, redemption delays, oracle failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, or extraordinary market events may disrupt the underlying Morpho markets and affect the vault's ability to generate returns or process withdrawals in a timely manner.
Flowdesk encourages participants to review the documentation available on the xStocks website for a detailed explanation of the underlying collateral, its backing, and associated mechanisms. Depositors and borrowers should also review Agora's documentation to understand the mechanics behind AUSD. Each depositor acknowledges having read and understood Flowdesk's Disclaimers.
All reference to Flowdesk is used for convenience to refer to Flowdesk entities as a group. The transaction contemplated herein will not be entered into with Flowdesk SAS directly, but the vault is curated and operated by Limitless Frontier Corp.
