The Hyperithm USDC Apex Vault aims to capture high yield opportunities by rapidly integrating new collateral assets and actively optimizing positions. At the same time, we seek to maintain stability through internally developed risk management processes.

That said, some collateral assets may be highly volatile or have limited market depth. Depositors should be aware that this can increase exposure to market risk, liquidity risk, and oracle risk.

The Hyperithm Vault is operated under a robust risk analysis framework that continuously reviews factors such as collateral selection, liquidity conditions, liquidation slippage, oracle robustness, and asset concentration. While these procedures are designed to enhance the resilience of the Vault, sharp market movements or liquidity stress in the underlying markets may still result in rapid price changes, liquidation events, or temporary withdrawal delays.

We strongly encourage depositors to fully understand the volatility and liquidity characteristics of the assets that may be included in this Vault before participating.
