Re Ecosystem Vault allocate exclusively to assets originating from the Re protocol and its associated markets. This focused approach gives depositors concentrated exposure to the Re ecosystem, which carries risks distinct from our diversified vaults. Because allocations are confined to a single protocol, the performance of these vaults is closely tied to the health, security, and adoption of Re; including its smart contract integrity, governance decisions, and token or collateral dynamics. Adverse developments specific to Re, such as protocol exploits, governance changes, or a decline in liquidity, could materially affect vault performance and may lead to liquidations or withdrawal constraints in the underlying Morpho markets.
