Clearstar cbAssets Vault allocates exclusively to wrapped assets officially issued and secured by Coinbase and its associated markets. This focused approach gives depositors concentrated exposure to the Base ecosystem, which carries risks distinct from our diversified vaults. Because allocations are confined to a single protocol, the performance of these vaults is closely tied to the health, security, and adoption of Coinbase and Base; including its smart contract integrity, governance decisions, and token or collateral dynamics. Adverse developments specific to cbAssets, such as protocol exploits, governance changes, or a decline in liquidity, could materially affect vault performance and may lead to liquidations or withdrawal constraints in the underlying Morpho markets.
