Because allocations are confined to a single protocol, the performance of these vaults is closely tied to the health, security, and adoption of Coinbase and Base; including its smart contract integrity, governance decisions, and token or collateral dynamics. Adverse developments specific to cbAssets, such as protocol exploits, governance changes, or a decline in liquidity, could materially affect vault performance and may lead to liquidations or withdrawal constraints in the underlying Morpho markets.
