Clearstar Vaults are designed to help users earn sustainable, risk-adjusted yield through curated exposure to on-chain assets. Each listed collateral asset undergoes a due diligence process, where we assess the credibility, transparency, and operational integrity of the underlying teams. We also maintain open communication channels with these issuers to stay informed about updates, governance changes, or material shifts in protocol design or risk exposures.

While these processes aim to reduce exposure to unforeseen events, users should recognize that participation in DeFi carries inherent risks. Smart contract vulnerabilities, market dislocations, or liquidity shocks may still occur despite thorough assessment. Moreover, we actively monitor secondary and third-order dependencies across protocols to mitigate correlated risk, yet these dynamics cannot be fully eliminated while pursuing moderately high yields.
